Fun fact: I started this blog for the first time in November 2021. I got immediately overwhelmed, and very behind on watching Countdown to Christmas movies, so I deleted it.
TAKE TWO!
I got back into my movie reviews on Instagram (@ihavethisthingwithhallmark) in August of this year, and after barely surviving Countdown to Christmas (again), I thought I’d give the blog another try. There is no evidence to suggest that next year’s Countdown to Christmas will be any less stressful, but fingers-crossed for less than 30 new movies.
I do love my mini Instagram reviews, but sometimes I have more to say. That’s another reason I’m contemplating YouTube as well, but we’ll see.
Who the heck am I, you ask? You can read more about me here, but ultimately I’m just a girl obsessed with Hallmark movies. They’re fun and cheesy and touching and you always know what you’re in for. The #Hallmarkies community on social media is also a blast; everyone is so nice, even if you hated their favorite movie. I mean, they’ll hate you a little bit for that, but they’ll still be nice to you in public. Oh, and I’m also sarcastic.
I’m going to post my Instagram reviews of this year’s Countdown to Christmas and Miracles of Christmas movies, so stay tuned for that. Then we’ll start 2023 fresh with New Year New Movies!
